Quotes are valid for 30 days. Most service quotes are estimated at a flat fee unless an
hourly rate is quoted. A nominal fee to cover technician's expenses may be necessary
to perform service at your location. An appointment may be scheduled at a mutually
available time. Recommendations are available upon request.

Emergencies related to Web Hosting Technical Support issues are always handled
by technical support department shift personnel on a 24/7 basis via telephone and
email. Web hosting customers will be given
a direct toll-free support telephone line and email address to 24/7 technical support after signing
up for web hosting at NationSites.
Web page design and computer service related issues are also available on an
emergency basis. The labor rate for service during emergency hours
may be 1.5 times standard or quoted fee or rate. The labor rate for Saturday appointments or
for service during extended hours may be 1.3 times the standard or quoted fee or rate.
