Just send an email that you will be sending your tape for processing and we will return it if you ask us to after the web videos are produced. Indicate how many separate videos (each one will have its own link) you would like, and indicate any editing instructions.

We recommend you request both rates at 28k and 220k per video. Indicate whether you do not want both rates for each video, ie. only 28k low speed connections or 220k high speed connections. Business video filming and VCR taping services are also available onsite in the mid-atlantic east-coast region at a fixed price. Call for a quote.

The customer may receive the following items for the Basic Processing Fee:

• Conversion of the Source Video
• Each Review of Completed Web Video after a Conversion or any Edit (password protected)
• All Files Transferable by FTP (password protected)
• Instructions for your web team to place video files on a Real Video compliant web server
• Ground Delivery of Tape and/or CD (upon request)

• Video Overlay Per Video Segment (letters supperimposed on video)

After your approval of the video on the NationSites web site, we will arrange for you to receive the files you will need to host on your web server if it is Real Video compliant and configured.
