Accessory Returns and Warranties
Accessory Returns During the First 7 Days
If you find that an accessory is dead on arrival (DOA) call our technical support. It may be DOA but our technical support will verify that it is properly used and determine if it will work or not. We will not accept a return without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number being requested by you and issued to you before you send it back.
We will accept a return for a dead on arrival (DOA) accessory if you have requested an RMA number by the 7th day after the date you received the delivery and if you have been issued an RMA number. We will not accept a return for a DOA accessory if the DOA accessory has not been given to a carrier by the 10th day after the date you received the delivery.
No shipping charge will be reimbursed for an accessory return. We will not issue credit for the accessory. Only a replacement accessory may be issued.
Accessory Returns After the First 7 Days
We will not accept a return for any accessory after the first 7 days from the date you received the delivery. We refer you to the accessory's original name brand manufacturer to request an RMA from them for warranty work.
Accessory Warranties
NationSites manufactures computers and is not a manufacturer of the other manufacturer's accessories and
devices available on our web site.
Original manufacturer warranties apply to the accessories and devices such as monitors.
Please contact them for any necessary warranty issues.
