In Stock Computer Orders
Computer packages and accessories which are in stock are sent out usually by no later than the next day after the order date. Orders are sent using ground shipping unless you contact us for expedited service.
The delivery time for a computer package and accessories which are in stock take a few days less time than our built to order or custom order computers. You may pay using another method by contacting us for a quote rather than ordering online. Do not order on the web site if you are making payment by check or money order.
Accessories which are not in stock are still available with a few days more lead time from the warehouse where it is in stock.
In stock computer packages and accessories such as the Bonus Programs CD may be ordered online from our web site through our PayPal payment processor using credit cards for prompt delivery. If ordering accessories which are in warehouse, along with a computer package which is in stock, both will arrive together later due to the lead time for accessories.
Built to Order - THIS IS OUR MOST COMMON TYPE OF ORDER
Built to order computer packages are always available on our web site.
You may pay online with a credit card using PayPal.
You may pay using another method by contacting us for a quote rather than ordering online.

The delivery time for a built to order computer package takes only a few more days longer to reach you than if it was in stock.

Custom Computer Orders
Contact us to request a quote for a custom computer designed and built to your specific needs and requirements.
We would send out an invoice you can pay by PayPal or other method.
Volume Computer Orders
For volume orders that cannot be paid by credit cards, or orders of computer packages and accessories which will be paid by check,
please contact NationSites via the web based e-mail or call 410-208-4400 so that an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail or
mail for your purchase order.
Do not order from the web site when paying by check. More than one check from separate accounts may be used to pay for an invoice.
Delivery time when paying by check will be extended to allow time for the funds to clear. Also minor time estimates for increased
processing will be factored in for volume orders.
NationSites Parts Substitution Policy
We follow our Parts Substitution Policy if a part substitution would be necessary by the time parts need to be ordered and built to order.
All of our new components which are specified in our computer models are currently available for ordering.
Originally designed parts may sometimes go out of stock on occasion if they are no longer available from our trusty vendors.
As the parts market evolves, we may make a minor adjustment to the specification by choosing an equally beneficial part if a part goes out of stock.
Our computer designs maintain the same level of high quality and dependability using a number of select parts.
Our policy accommodates a minor adjustment to any specified component in order to maintain our excellent design and assembly processes in response to the electronics supplies and availability.
These select parts keep our designs current with the custom computer supply market, and are rated as high quality standard parts.
Therefore, if there happens to be a product substitution due to brand or model availability, or vendor supplies, another select and comparable product would substitute in place of the unavailable component.
Any adjustments with the stated components would be reflected in the Packing List upon delivery.
This policy benefits you because NationSites assembles new quality parts by keeping up with current availability, rather than regressing back to older models or refurbished items.

Tracking Information
Upon ordering you may print out the order pages from PayPal and after the order is confirmed online you are given a declaration copy of your order.
Order details including price are included in the Packing List enclosed within the shipping package, unless otherwise requested.
Tracking information is given to your e-mail upon shipping or by the day following the shipment when the carrier provides the tracking number status.
Shipping is by UPS unless otherwise requested.
A delivery to a residential address may require a signature by the recipient.

After the sale of a computer or accessories, we do not accept returns for money back, but would cover you
under our warranty policy for a computer.
The manufacturer warranties would apply for other accessories such as keyboard and monitor.
