NationSites 1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty Policy
Your Computer Is Protected Under Warranty During the First Year
Your computer package is tested before shipment for specified software and hardware interoperability.
If during the first year a major part fails due to a manufacturer defect, we will resolve
the issue under the 1 year limited hardware warranty policy.
Warranty Work
There are no returns for credit or money back, only warranty work.
We accept your computer back for authorized hardware warranty work only after you contact us within a year of delivery for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Please backup your data, photos, music, address book, favorites, etc. before returning computer.
The condition of software and the preservation of data is not guaranteed due to any repair under warranty.
Warranty work does not include data backup and data recovery.
Software issues are not covered under the hardware warranty, however, software work may be necessary for hardware warranty repairs.
Pertaining to repair work, especially with main motherboards and hard drives, Windows, updates and other software drivers may have to be reloaded once the hardware problem has been remedied.
Return your computer with your Windows software as it may be needed for warranty repair work.
We also offer additional software repair services and tuneups over the internet through a remote connection that you would initiate.
Warranty Coverages
Each computer (desktop tower) is covered under the 1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty Policy.
Each software installation, performance or repair is backed only by the Windows CD for re-installation if needed.
Each accessory (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) is covered by the respective hardware warranty policy of the manufacturer of that accessory.
Covered major hardware parts under this policy are: , memory, motherboard, hard drive, and power supply.
The major hardware parts are covered for repair or replacement within the first year after delivery due to failure caused by a manufacturer defect.
We replace major hardware parts which have failed due to defect under a 1 year warranty and promptly send it back to you.
Parts and labor for covered major hardware parts repairs or replacements are included in the policy.
Our policy pays for ground shipping expenses back to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
Software is not covered including Windows, Office, Nero and Lightscribe software.
Minor hardware and software configurations are not covered such as front panel audio interfaces.
Minor scratches and dents during shipping or assembly are not covered under the policy.
Damaged computer parts including a physically bent video connector at the motherboard or video card interface are not included as defective hardware under the policy.
Other issues that are not covered under the warranty are the broken or misused USB and PS/2 ports for keyboards and mice where they were forcibly connected at the motherboard back panel.
Front panel audio ports are also not covered.
The performance of the mechanical parts such as the power button and optical drive in which the user may over use or misuse this mechanical part is not covered.
Any hardware damage caused by the user, other people, things or pets during time of warranty is not covered.
Hardware which are excluded from coverage are mechanical moving parts which are handled by the customer such as the optical drive, power switch, case switches and doors.
If the connectors of the motherboard at the rear of the computer are misfitted or misused mechanically, the motherboard is not covered because of failure which may not be a manufacturer defect.
Our policy does not pay or reimburse return shipping expenses that the end user pays.

Out of Stock Parts Are Substituted with Similar Parts
If a part substitution will be necessary by the time custom parts are ordered and built to order we will follow our policy “Out of Stock Parts Are Substituted with Similar Parts”.
Most likely there will not be any adjustment to the parts delivered in each order as specified.
If there happens to be a part substitution due to brand availability or vendor supplies, an alternative and comparable part would substitute in place of the out of stock part.
All part substitutions and specifications are also of high quality and dependability.
Any adjustments with respect to the specified parts would be reflected in the Packing Slip.
This policy benefits you because parts are not misrepresented as such is widely done in other refurbished computer markets.
Those other refurbished computers often contain used and inferior parts.
NationSites state of the art computers are shipped out sooner by having the flexibility to to incorporate new tantamount parts available from our manufacturer supply lines.
Tracking Information
Upon ordering you may print out the order pages from PayPal and after the order is confirmed online you are given a declaration copy of your order.
Order details including price are included in the Packing List enclosed within the shipping package, unless otherwise requested.
Tracking information is given to your e-mail upon shipping or by the day following the shipment when the carrier provides the tracking number status.
Shipping is by UPS unless otherwise requested.
A delivery to a residential address requires a signature by the recipient.
